Waterless Urinal Starter Kits and Retrofit Solutions

Based on Gentworks survey data from hundreds of sites, the average annual water use per urinal is approximately 120 cubic metres (m³) per year. However, usage varies from around 29m³ to 235m³, depending on the level of flush control already implemented. Nearly all standard urinals, whether newly installed or older models, can be easily converted to waterless. The fitting process is simple but must be done carefully. Conversion kits are available from Gentworks and can be fitted by your maintenance team or a plumber. This change to waterless eliminates the need for flushing and eases the load on sewage treatment facilities.
