Superior Pro-Flo Cartridge (Brass Cap) for Drinking Fountain Bubbler

The Pro-Flo spring cartridge insert is one of the most commonly replaced parts in many push button drinking fountain bubbler taps. It fits inside the bubbler tap and controls water flow when the button is pressed.

Over time, or following frost damage, the cartridge can fail to seal fully when the button is released, causing a constant trickle. This brass Pro-Flo cartridge offers a longer lasting, more durable upgrade and is a direct replacement for the plastic version used in some drinking fountains.

To replace, first isolate the water supply.

Unscrew the chrome push button from the bubbler, then remove the cartridge retaining ring. Take out the old cartridge and gasket, install the new Pro-Flo cartridge and gasket, then re-fit the cartridge retaining ring and chrome push button.

For hygiene and reliable performance, it is recommended that the cartridge is replaced every 12 months.
