Falcon High-Performance Key Valve Starter/Conversion Kit
Ideal for high-traffic areas, this model features an innovative "bell-valve" that ensures faster flow while preventing odours. The Key-Ring dispenses ingredients to help reduce pipe blockages and serves as a cartridge replacement indicator as it fades.
The hole diameter required in the ceramic of the urinal to accommodate this conversion kit is 50mm ± 1.5mm.
No trap or U-bend required, but needs well-vented pipework.
Typical lifespan: 3–4 months (may be shorter with harsh cleaning products).

Replacement cartridge housing for Armitage Shanks Aridian / Falcon Waterless Urinals that take the Falcon Velocity waterless urinal cartridge. Complete with plastic backnut and washer.

This product also facilitates the conversion of the Arica Falcon urinal into a vertical waste outlet, making it compatible with exposed pipework installations.

This cartridge housing model features a 50mm European outlet and includes a McAlpine Z28L-ISO Euro 50mm to 2" UK waste pipe adapter. The previously available 41mm outlet version (EESV57867) for the UK market is not currently available.

These floor-standing urinals have been the popular choice for public toilets and high-traffic gents' washrooms for many years. The low front design makes them more accessible for children, while the side panels provide a degree of privacy for users. They offer a modern and cost-effective alternative to the traditional ceramic floor standing recessed versions sometimes found in older buildings. Unlike their recessed ceramic counterparts, these urinals are not installed into the floor. The waste pipe is above the floor but concealed behind a full-length panel, allowing for ease of installation and maintenance, as the panel can be removed via security screws. When replacing floor recessed ceramic models, installers typically fill in the trench before fitting this style.

Flow Regulator Insert for 15mm

Occasionally, the water flow through a urinal top spreader can be too rapid, causing spillage during flushing. This often occurs when the auto cistern is mounted higher on the wall than ideal, increasing the head height and resulting in a too powerful flush. To avoid the need to lower the cistern, consider using a flow regulator inserted into the top spreader to reduce or eliminate this issue.

Ensure that the water flow direction is into the small black internal "O" ring.

Maintains hygiene standards whilst conserving water and dramatically cutting water costs – saving up to 95% of water usage compared with an uncontrolled cistern, and around 30-40% against more basic water management systems.
The Flow Saver consists of an electronic control sensor unit and a solenoid for installation into the water supply pipe of a urinal auto cistern. The unit monitors washroom traffic to schedule cistern flushes. Where no motion is detected a hygiene flush is initiated at 12 hour intervals. During high usage periods where the number of detections exceeds 20, the unit will temporally switch from 30 or 60 minute flushing to 15 minute flushing for improved hygiene.
