 The Gentworks GW-SLDSF1200 wash trough is manufactured from a 14mm thick solid surface material. Solid surface is a generic name given to material produced by combining polymer resins with marble and limestone.

The wash trough is space efficient, easy to clean and more hardwearing than conventional vanity units that incorporate basins. This model is intended for installation onto an underframe or vanity-type cabinet (not included) to ensure proper support and conceal unsightly pipework and plumbing fittings from view. 

This heavy and durable solid surface wash trough features a gel coat to achieve a beautiful white finish that is non-porous and resistant to staining and yellowing. The inherent properties of the material also make this model more resistant to the growth of bacteria. Moreover, its 'repairable' quality means that stains or scratches can usually be easily removed.

The wash trough is supplied without tap holes but can easily be drilled on-site by the installer to suit your chosen taps. *If using wall taps, ensure they are long enough to prevent splashing. Consider tap height and water pressure.

The timber underframe supports our heavy solid surface wash troughs with ease, while front access panels keep pipework concealed and accessible for maintenance. Unlike standard laminate with a wooden core, SGL is completely water-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance and appearance.

Delivery Restrictions:
These large, heavy wash troughs are available for pallet delivery to commercial addresses, during standard office hours. The delivery location must be equipped to receive and unload these items. Orders to unsuitable locations cannot be processed. For alternative arrangements, we can provide a dedicated van delivery quote, or you may collect directly from our premises in Buckinghamshire.

2" Centre Pin waste with 85mm stainless steel flange for use with Gentworks GRP Wash Troughs & VCCS vitreous China Cleaners Sink.

This large diameter 2" BSP waste has a fast throughput ideal for commercial installations.

Supplied with an additional extra long centre screw to allow for the increased material thickness of our GRP wash troughs and some ceramic cleaners sinks.

Waste outlet reducer T12C coupling (BSP) 2" (50mm) x 1.1/2" (40mm)

Converts waste outlets for GRP wash troughs, cleaners' sinks, and some stainless steel urinal troughs from 2" BSP to 1.1/2" BSP.

Although 50mm pipework is ideal for applications like urinal troughs to enhance flow and minimise blockage risks, this handy reducer effortlessly adapts 2-inch outlets to the standard 1 1/2-inch size.

Please note that these stainless steel front support legs are designed specifically for use with Gentworks wash troughs manufactured from 2017 to May 2024 . We do not sell them as a universal fit product.

38mm (1-1/2") Centre Pin Waste for Gentworks Stainless Wash Troughs & Urinals supplied until June 2024.

These flush grated wastes came supplied most Gentworks stainless steel wash and urinals troughs supplied until June 2024.

4.5 volt Battery Pack complete with connector lead for use in Marnic Water Watch units. We recommend replacement every 2-3 years but they can last for up to 5 years.

Unfortunately sending standalone batteries is prohibited with some carriers hence the seemingly high delivery cost on this product.

A 50mm (2"BSP) 'P' trap suitable for our GRP Wash Troughs, Stainless Steel Urinals and some Cleaners Sinks.

This large diameter trap has a fast throughput ideal for commercial installations.

• 75mm water seal
• Multifit compression outlet suits all plastic, copper and lead pipe
• Manufactured in polypropylene
• Conforms to BS EN 274-1:2002

6 volt lithium battery for use with many popular flush controllers, including Gentworks and DVS models. Replacement is typically every 2-3 years but in very low flush environments battery life can be up to 5 years.
