If you experience multiple failures at once, identify and fix the root cause, whether it’s installing a pressure reducing valve, lowering water temperature, or changing user behaviour. The tap repair kit makes repairs quick and simple. Once the water supply is isolated, the valve can be replaced from the top without removing the tap. This kit is compatible with Gentworks TAP-C-10 taps and those marked with production code DTC32 at the base

The repair kit includes both hot and cold indices.

Replacement 1½” BSP Solid Chrome Waste for Gentworks Stainless Steel Wash Troughs from June 2024

These chrome waste units are provided with the our current range of stainless steel wash troughs and should only be bought separately if the originals are lost or damaged.

These flush grated wastes come supplied most Gentworks stainless steel drinking fountains and are only needed separately if the originals are lost or damaged.

Replacement 32mm (1-1/4") Solid Chrome Waste for use with Gentworks Solid Surface Wash Troughs.

The 1800mm troughs require three, and the 1200mm ones need two. These chrome waste units are provided with the solid surface wash troughs and should only be bought separately if the originals are lost or damaged.

Replacement Bottle Filler Nozzle for GW-951 Drinking Fountain.

This nozzle features a stainless steel mesh strainer, which, over time, may accumulate limescale in areas with hard water. If regular cleaning proves ineffective a replacement is available.

Recommended is our Mains water connection kit designed for aiding the connection of drinking fountains to a mains water supply pipe. Protects the drinking fountain by preventing the maximum pressure rating being exceeded. Double check valve prevents backward flow of liquid.

The hole diameter required in the material of the urinal to accommodate this waste is 75mm +/-1.5 mm (2-1/2 Inch BSP)

Recommended connector: McAlpine ST28M 1¼" x 1½" BSP.

In some instances, these GW-BFBVA bottle fillers spouts may become damaged, either snapping off or coming unscrewed and getting lost. Fortunately, resolving this issue is relatively straightforward. By screwing in a replacement spout, you can restore your tap to working order. However, it's crucial to ensure that no remnants of the broken thread from the damaged spout remain inside the base. If this is the case, a complete tap replacement may be necessary.

This spare part resolves the problem of valve cores being difficult to remove caused by over-tightening with tools during installation or prolonged non-removal of the valve core.

To achieve a secure and effective installation, use high-quality silicone to install the waste outlet. Hand-tighten the back nut and allow it to dry before use, ensuring a strong and reliable seal.

The tap repair kit makes repairs quick and simple. Once the water supply is isolated, the cartridge can be replaced from the top without removing the tap. This kit is compatible with Delabie TEMPOSOFT 2 Taps.
