Self closing exposed connection knee operated timed flow valve with basin / deck spout. Suitable for commercial and industrial environments and for those with restricted hand movement.

Valve:
The through wall mounted lever articulates in any direction and each activation gives approximately 15 seconds flow. Manufactured from brass with a chrome plated finish and suitable for connecting to a temperature controlled warm water supply.

A multi directional lever operated valve allows the user to deliver hot, cold or mixed temperature water in a controlled and hygienic way. The valves are simple to install, easy to use, vandal resistant and durable making them ideal for wide range of applications.

Inlet and outlet are compression fittings to suit 15mm diameter pipe. WRAS Approval Number: 2011057

Deck Spout Options: Choose from two deck-mounted tap styles or a standalone knee valve. Both tap spouts from the options above require a 22-28mm tap hole.

The KWC DVS No-Touch WC Flushing System is an electronically operated drop valve which delivers a measured volume of water from the cistern to the WC bowl.  The Flushvalve is activated when the user’s hand comes within 50mm of the sensor and a 35 second delay mechanism prevents abuse between flushes by the user. An electromagnetic solenoid coil is central to the operation of the Flushvalve.

The timer can be adjusted to between 1 and 6 seconds (1 second = 1 litre water approx.) The unit is designed to fit most types of cistern. Most WC cisterns will require the standard 1.5" base but newer water saving 'ECO' cisterns (providing 4L and 2.5L flushes) and some very old cisterns may require the 2" base. Please check before ordering. The 2" base option can be selected from the option lists below.

Aquarius A45 Automatic Sensor Tap - Mains Powered

Incorporating a modern and simple design, the A45 tap ensures the ultimate in hygiene for the most discerning of clients. Perfect for all applications where hygiene is paramount. The integrated sensor comes pre-set, and additional settings can be programmed on site using the hand-held programmer (sold separately), these settings include increased run-on times, and anti-vandal lock out functions.
These A45 taps have the IR sensor located at the end of the tap pointing downward to reduce the risk of false activations caused by reflective materials such as hi-vis jackets.

Water Pressure: The standard solenoid valve supplied has a pressure rating range of 1.0 Bar to 6.0 Bar, and a minimum flow rate 5 L/min per tap.

Electrical Requirements: Each kit requires a 3-amp protected fused spur.

The units are extremely versatile in their operation and we have found them to be very reliable indeed. The design and manufacturing quality are excellent. The installation process is a little more demanding than for some competitive products but that extra time is well spent to ensure the system works as required and continues to do so. Moreover, variable settings allow adjustable time delays between flushing, providing maximum efficiency and savings.

To prevent interference, position LED lights away from these IR devices and ensure they are not in the direct path of IR beams.

KWC DVS Replacement PCB only for UC01-027 Pearl Solo.

If the PCB has failed, it is now available as a replacement part.

The PCB does not come with the outer white plastic casing, which must be removed and replaced as follows: First, apply gentle pressure to the side clip from within the unit to release the PCB. At the same time, use a small flat-head screwdriver (or a similar tool) to lift the PCB past the clip. Repeat this process on both sides, and the PCB should be easily removable. Alternatively, you can press both side clips simultaneously and invert the unit, allowing the PCB to fall out with minimal effort.

To install a new PCB, align the white locating pins on the PCB with the corresponding slots and carefully press down. Only a small amount of pressure is needed, and you should hear a click when the PCB is securely in place.
