High-Quality Wall-Hung Urinal. • Manufactured in the UK from durable 1.2mm grade 304 stainless steel Upgrade your high-traffic washroom with this stainless steel wall-hung urinal, perfect for schools, offices, factories, sports facilities, and more. The satin-polished, non-reflective surface offers a modern and clean appearance. Manufactured in the UK from durable 1.2mm grade 304 stainless steel, our wall-hung urinals feature fully boxed two-layered safety ends and front lip, eliminating narrow single sheet edges and potential dirt traps commonly found on lower-quality folded products. This wall hung urinal is supplied as a complete pack, including a white plastic WRAS-approved automatic flushing cistern, stainless steel downpipe, and a sparge pipe situated below an integral valance. The package also includes a 2" domed plastic urinal waste, accommodating the preference for 50mm urinal waste pipes with many installers. An optional reducer to 40mm is also available. Our wall-hung urinals offer a choice of left- or right-hand waste outlet. Many competitors only provide a centre outlet to reduce stockholding, but this often results in additional exposed pipework needing to be added beneath the urinal, which looks unsightly and is more vulnerable to damage or vandalism. By offering left or right-hand outlets, the waste connection can be kept at the end of the unit and match up more efficiently with existing washroom connections, minimising pipe runs and improving durability and appearance. We also supply a factory-fitted top inlet and sparge pipe to reduce installation time. All urinals are thoroughly leak-tested at the UK factory as part of the manufacturing process. Why are they more expensive than some others? These wash troughs are made entirely from 1.2mm thick stainless steel, with no thinner pressed parts. While this does increase the cost, it’s a standard we won’t compromise on – many of our customers install them in demanding environments where thinner materials would dent easily and wear out quickly. Dimension: A 25mm upstand to the rear allows taps to be mounted on an easy to clean surface. Front legs with bearer brackets are available if additional support is required. The Pro-Flo spring cartridge insert is one of the most commonly replaced parts in many push button drinking fountain bubbler taps. It fits inside the bubbler tap and controls water flow when the button is pressed. To replace, first isolate the water supply. Unscrew the chrome push button from the bubbler, then remove the cartridge retaining ring. Take out the old cartridge and gasket, install the new Pro-Flo cartridge and gasket, then re-fit the cartridge retaining ring and chrome push button. Push button swan-neck bottle filling tap with 3/8 and 1/2 inch BSP fittings is designed for use with Gentworks & Apinox drinking water fountains. This unit is also frequently used as a replacement cup/bottle filler for other brands of drinking fountain. A brass backnut, rubber washer and 15mm compression coupler are included. Optimal pressure is 1.5-2.0 BAR; do not exceed 3.0 BAR. Recommended is our Mains water connection kit designed for aiding the connection of drinking fountains to a mains water supply pipe. Protects the drinking fountain by preventing the maximum pressure rating being exceeded. Double check valve prevents backward flow of liquid. |
